MOVIE MONDAY : Jai Wetford – X Factor Australia Audition

Hey guys,

So. For this week’s movie Monday I am offering to you all…a look at this kid named Jai Wetford! He is from Australia and was featured on the Australian X Factor. A talent show that originated from American Idol’s Simon Cowell and a few other judges. It was originally for British talent, but clearly it has moved on in the world to other places!

Anyways, what is there to say but wow, this kid is good. Even though a lot of you can probably agree that he looks and sounds a bit like our good friend Justin Bieber did when he first started…Let’s not be so quick to judge him though! He obviously will pick up record deals or something after this little performance even if he does not make it far into the show. That is probably going to happen too though…

I am thinking of trying his slower version of this song as a cover myself. The original song is “Different World” by Jes Hudak and George Krikes. The way Jai performs it though is just so soft and amazing. There is so much talent in our world today that just does not get picked up on; however, some people do get that opportunity presented to them once an event like X Factor rolls into town. This is a very good thing because now we get to watch and listen as these new and coming talented people evolve and deliver to us more exciting and entertaining performances!

I just really liked this performance which is why I chose it as this week’s Movie Monday, but on a note that you can take to sleep with you, just remember that you must be good at something in your life too that can baffle and amaze others. This kid looks like Justin Bieber a bit, but he might not turn out like him at all. You may think you look plain and ordinary and have zero talent, but I would bet money you can do something I can not and that instantly makes you talented and extraordinary in my eyes!
